Internal Rules for the Sauna House

 1. General Rules 
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the sauna house. 
- The sauna house's internal order and equipment usage must comply with safety and operational guidelines. 
- Guests are required to maintain cleanliness and order in the premises. 
- STRICTLY PROHIBITED:The use of scrubs, creams, or any other body cosmetics. 
- IT IS FORBIDDEN to pour any liquids on the sauna stove stones.  

2. Safety Requirements  
- Children under 18 are allowed in the sauna area only under the supervision of parents or an adult. 
- The introduction or use of any prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. 
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outside the sauna premises. 
- Any technical issues or damages must be reported to the staff immediately. 

3. Sauna Usage Guidelines 
- It is recommended to shower before entering the sauna. 
- Guests are advised to stay in the sauna for no longer than 15 minutes per session, followed by at least a 10-minute rest period. 

4. Equipment and Facility Usage Rules  
- All sauna equipment and facilities must be used carefully to avoid damage. 
- Any damage must be reported before using the sauna; otherwise, it will be assumed that the damage occurred during the guests' stay. 
- Rearranging furniture or using sauna equipment for unintended purposes is prohibited. 

 5. Hygiene and Cleanliness 
- Leaving trash in the sauna or the surrounding area is prohibited. 
- Guests are encouraged to maintain the cleanliness of the sauna premises and the surrounding territory. 

6. Liability for Damages and Losses 
- Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused by their actions. 
- In case of damage, the owner reserves the right to demand compensation. 
- The sauna house is not responsible for guests' personal belongings if they are lost or damaged. 

 7. Conduct and Observance of Quiet Hours 
- Quiet hours must be observed after 11:00 PM to avoid disturbing other guests and the surrounding environment. 
- Loud music or any behavior that could disturb the surroundings or other guests is prohibited. 

8. Consequences of Rule Violations 
- Any rule violations may result in penalties, including the termination of the guest's stay without compensation. 
- The management reserves the right to deny future access to guests who have violated the rules.
